1. Properties

DY-E503 30-MINUTE CLEAR EPOXY RESIN AB ADHESIVE is a two-component adhesive with the characteristics of low odour, eco-friendly, non-toxic and good insulation, resistance of oil, water, acid and alkali, and super high strength.

2. Applications

DY-E503 30-MINUTE CLEAR EPOXY RESIN AB ADHESIVE is applicable to LED lightings, mechanical equipment, instruments and meters, electronic appliances, and medical equipment. It is used to self -bond or inter-bond ceramics, glass, metal, and plastic.

3. Directions

Surfaces of the substrates must be cleaned, and dried.
Mix components A and B at the ratio of 1∶1 in weight. Initial cure can be reached within 30 minutes (25℃), and the bonded materials can be used after 24 hours.
After the materials are bonded, mechanical treatment is needed to meet the the bonding requirements so as not to affect its effect.
The adhesive is a bit viscous, which is normal and does not affect the bonding effect.

4. Storage & Warnings

Storage:

Store the adhesive in shady, dry, well-ventilated, damp-proofing places。
Store the adhesive at room temperature.
Keep away from any source of ignition.

Warnings:

The adhesive is irritable to skin and eyes.
Keep out of reach of children.
In case of skin or eye contact, flush with water and seek medical treatment immediately if necessary.
