1. Properties

DY-406 INSTANT ADHESIVE has the following properties: not subject to special pretreatment; high bonding strength; curing fast; low viscosity.

2. Applications

DY-406 INSTANT ADHESIVE is applicable to loudspeakers, electronic and electrical devices such as loudspeaker assembly, lamp covers,plastic motor shell, O type rubber ring. It is also used for a majority of elastic materials (EPDM, NBR, SBR, CR) , metal, and plastic.

3. Directions

Both Surfaces must be smooth, clean and dry.
Coat one surface with a small amount of the adhesive evenly. Then press the two surfaces together immediately and keep them fixed for 15 seconds.
The thinner the adhesive film is, the higher the bonding strength is.

4. Storage & Warnings

Storage:

Store the adhesive in shady, dry, well-ventilated, damp-proofing places。
Store the adhesive at room temperature.
Keep away from any source of ignition.

Warnings:

The adhesive is irritable to skin and eyes.
Keep out of reach of children.
In case of skin or eye contact, flush with water and seek medical treatment immediately if necessary.
