1. Properties

DY-L102 ADHESIVE FOR AUTOMOTIVE INTERIOR DECORATION is a one-component epoxy adhesive for automotive interior decoration. It has the following advantages: Low odor; Free of chlorinated hydrocarbons, formaldehyde, heavy metal or other harmful substances; Good flowability; Easy to operate and apply; 10-15 minutes of working time; high strength; Weatherability; Frost-resistance; Great durability. It works at the environmental temperature of -20°-85°C. It will not set at >–15°C.

2. Applications

Used for interior decoration of car, high class leather furniture, fitness apparatuses and other branches.
Can also be used to bond metal, plastics, leather, rubber, wood and so on.

3. Directions

Clean the surface to be bonded, like oil, water and other containment, or polish it if necessary,
The ideal environmental temperature and humidity is 15-35°C and <75% respectively.
Apply the adhesive onto the surface and bond in 5-10 minutes.
Put the substrates together from one side to another and slightly and repeatedly press the substrates for better adhesion, and fix them for 12-24 hours. Maximum strength will be reached in 72 hours.

4. Storage & Warnings

Storage:

Store the adhesive in shady, dry, well-ventilated, damp-proofing places。
Store the adhesive at room temperature.
Keep away from any source of ignition.

Warnings:

The adhesive is irritable to skin and eyes.
Keep out of reach of children.
In case of skin or eye contact, flush with water and seek medical treatment immediately if necessary.
